Directions to Three Rivers School

The city of La Crosse has two north-south corridors, Highways 53 and 35, with Three Rivers School conveniently located between them. Three Rivers School is located at the corner of Saint James and Caledonia Streets, just east of Copeland Park and west of the La Crosse Boys and Girl Club.

Traveling from Holmen or Onalaska, take Hwy 53 South, turn left (east) onto Saint James Street, travel two blocks and turn left onto Caledonia Street.

From I-90 take exit 3, onto Hwy 53 south. Turn left (east) onto Saint James Street, travel two blocks and turn left onto Caledonia Street.

If you enter La Crosse from the south on Hwy 35 (from Stoddard) or Hwy 14 and 61 (from Coon Valley), you will travel on Mormon Coulee Road, which changes to South Avenue.  Follow South Avenue to West Avenue, Hwy 35 North. Follow West Avenue, which changes to Lang Drive and then George Street, past Menards. Travel over the railroad track bridge and at the stoplight, turn left (west) onto Clinton Street. Travel 5 blocks, turn left (south) onto Caledonia Street; Three Rivers School is located just south of Old Towne North on the corner of Caledonia and Wall Streets.  

Coming into La Crosse from West Salem or Onalaska on Hwy 16, travel past Valley View Mall to Hwy B or Gillette Street (traffic light); turn right (west).  At the 1st stoplight, turn left onto Ranger Drive, past Logan High School. Logan Drive changes to Clinton Street at the stop light. Travel 5 blocks, turn left (south) onto Caledonia Street; Three Rivers School is located just south of Old Towne North on the corner of Caledonia and Wall Streets.    

From La Crescent, MN on Hwy 14 and 61, travel across the Mississippi River via the ‘big blue bridge’ to the traffic light and turn left (north) onto 4th Street or Hwy 53 North. Travel through downtown La Crosse, following Hwy 53 North, crossing the railroad tracks via Rose Street; turn left (east) at light onto Saint James Street.  Three Rivers School is located at the corner of Saint James and Rose Streets; our front entrance is on Caledonia Street.
